WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER

This is the worst delivery service ever. My parcel from Lizard was already in their warehouse in Johannesburg on the 23 rd of Desember. After that, it is a complete disaster. they are claiming that they don't have the correct address to deliver the parcel, but correct address was given to them by Lizzard. Countless emails are being sent to their queries department but absolutely no replies from them. After holding on for 20 minutes the call Centre, really don't help as they just say that they corrected the delivery address, just so that i get the next day another update, that parcel can't be delivered, because they have the incorrect address. So now my son still don't have his Christmas gift and we are almost going in to the new year. This is the worst service ever.
