Worst courier service ever!

DPD Laser/Dawn Wing is the worst courier company I have dealt with in ages. They tell you that your overnight delivery will arrive before 11:30 and when it doesn't, they just say their driver is running late. You ask them to follow up but they never phone you back. You follow up again 2 and a half hours later, they still can't tell you anything, so you ask them to phone the driver and ask him where he his, apparently they don't work that way, they can only send a mail to their OPS department. Pathetic service to say the least!
