Worst Courier Service, EVER!

Worst company to deal with.

They allegedly delivered a microwave to my offices, at around 18:30. Nobody was at the office at that time. Secondly, they said I signed for it.

I was 12km from that destination, and nobody called me to arrange delivery and can't believe Makro still uses them. I contacted them on the 5th of November regarding feedback, the time I'm writing this is 13 December. This means for them to send proof of delivery takes more than a month.

You would think the government owns this place.
