Worst Courier Service

A package that needs to be delivered to me cannot be delivered by DPD laser because they keep calling me when Im driving after 4pm. I sent an email to the queries department with an alternative number as there is someone at home to receive the package. I keep getting sms and keep calling and email and I have yet to get my package. Then I call the CC and this lady that answers gives me sarcastic responses when Im frustrated, dont even apologise and makes me get agro with her. When I used the phoenetic alphabet to spell the first part of the reference she doesnt even know what that is and I think she asked "whats that". Like DPD laser is the worst!
