Worst courier company. Please do not use.

Pity i cannot choose zero star. Without doubt the worst courier company. Waiting for a parcel from Wednesday and today Saturday. I had given a work address and specifically called the call centre to notify them our office closes at 15:30 and on both days, they came after. I then called and told them I will collect the parcel only to go and waited for around 45 minutes and was told they cannot find the parcel. I then received a call to say parcel has been found and will deliver as an urgent parcel. That was at 9am. Its now 14:25 and still waiting. This is the second issue i have encountered with dpd and i met a gentleman at their warehouse in Mt Edgecombe who has been waiting for his parcel from 4 December and he drove all the way from pietermaritzburg to come collect. They have no clue what they are doing. I received numerous parcels from buffalo and never once had an issue.
