Worst courier company in SA

Big companies should stop using DPD Laser for delivery of goods, one of the most *********** delivery services i had to unfortunately experience, first with was my web africa router which took over 1.5 months to deliver and they dont advise when delivery will occur, you're unable to speak directly to the person delivering your parcel, it's a nightmare. My recent order is with loot which was meant to be delivered on the 12th Dec and it's now the 20th, they have issues of incorrect address which is also some BS... Been calling their call center for days, it's insane...

Can businesses stop using DPD Laser services, it's an awful customer experience.
