Worst courier company ever

Hopefully 5th time will be the charm (and this is the same package I'm talking about) I've been waiting since 14 November for my package when it went out for delivery the first time,but were never delivered to me with the reason "couldn't locate address" I've emailed them and also called them to help them locate my address Then again on 16 Nov my parcel wasn't delivered, reason being "client not at home" even though I was home, so I checked my CCTV cameras after I saw that they said I wasn't at home and didn't see any courier at my gate for the entire day. On 20 Nov again my parcel wasn't delivered with the reason "couldn't locate address" not sure how that's possible after, according to them, they were at my house on 16 Nov

I then called The Box Fashion who's the sender of the package, they gave me a sincere apology and promised to get this sorted, but nothing happed so I called DPD Laser again. Then DPD Laser promised me that the driver will give me a call the next time should he not be able to find my address Yesterday 23 Nov when I saw that my package went out for delivery for the 4th time, I called them 3 times to remind them to please call me when delivering in order for me to assist them with locating the address Again my parcel wasn't delivered with the reason "cannot locate address" And again neither the driver or DPD laser called me

Everytime I receive a message stating that I should expect a call from them, but they never call me, I'm the one who have to call them all the time. I've spent more money on airtime to call DPD Laser than I spent on the products I ordered from 'The Box Fashion'

If this is the only courier service that The Box Fashion uses, I will definitely not order from them again and rather cancel my membership

Hopefully today 24 Nov they will actually call me and deliver my package

I've used many many couriers, but first time user of DPD Laser and this is definitely also the last time

I understand that it's #blackfriday season, but this is ridiculous
