WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER

This is the most useless courier company in South Africa. I have a parcel that has come all the way from China that was transported from there all the way to Cape Town by a company called Buffallo. One the parcel arrives in Cape Town It gets handed over to a third party courier, in this case DPD Logistics. I have contacted this company both in JHB and Cape Town and they have no record of the original tracking number to follow up on. the change the tracking number to their system and that is end of story. they cannot link the tracking number to the Buffallo tracking number, and then insist that they have not received the parcel. Suddenly a few days later the driver suddenly phone you stating that he has your parcel for delivery. (The first and only time you hear from them) Also trying to contact this company is a nightmare, as most of their contact numbers do not exist. This is not the first time that I have had dealing with this company with deliveries.
