Worst courier company ever!

Would rate 0 if I could. I have been waiting at my office for two days in a row until 17:30 for a parcel, only to see the tracking website updated saying they could not deliver my parcel. No phonecall or email. Phoned their callcenter and was told by a very unhelpful lady that the system says it is out for delivery
