Worst courier company ever

this company is the worst.

my packaged was meant to be delivered on 19/08/22 as per the courier message, never pitched, when I went to track my package they said they could deliver the package cause the office was closed at 18:45, I told them to deliver the package before that time at about 16:30 latest. I phoned on Monday 22/08/22 again to follow up again and again they said my package will be delivered on 23/08/22 now i get another message saying they weren't able to deliver my package cause There is no one at the office but I am here at the office waiting I told them clearly I only leave at 16:30. No one called me, no one was here nothing. I have been waiting for that package since the 14th of August As my order was done on the 1st of August with Isabella Garcia and it takes up to 14 days to deliver.

They are unreliable.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
