Worst courier company.

Worst courier company ever. In this time of buying everything online I can't believe a company can give such bad service. No tracking of parcels just an sms telling you the parcel will arrive today. Waiting 3 days for my parcel and still not received. Helpline also told me the same as sms and end of the day they send another sms saying it will be delived the next day. They can't keep to their promises.
