Worst Courier Company

I’ve been waiting for my parcel since the 1st December, tracked it and I keep seeing I couldn’t be reached and I’m not at the specified address. Funny part is they never attempted delivery and I wasn’t contacted either, so it’s all lies!! They stated they would deliver by the 7th, that is today and I haven’t received any delivery, no contact has been made
