Worst courier company

Thee WORST COURIER COMPANY I've ever had to deal with... I ordered stuff from takealot, received my stuff and had to return some back, I logged a return of goods request with takealot and go confirmation that collection will be on the 4th September (Monday) decided to work from home to wait for them, no one showed up the next thing I get an sms that they attempted to collect without luck, where? When? coz I was home the whole day, logged another request the same thing happened again 2 times. All these happened since the end of August, until today (14 Sep) my stuff is still not collected. What a useless company, takealot should move away from doing business with such companies as it will definitely tarnish their image and cost them business. They are full of lies!!!!!!!!!!
