Worst Courier company

This is the worst courier company I have dealt with. My overnight delivery has now been delayed by more than 10 days.

I have been asked multiple times to resubmit my address, even though it has been provided correctly each time. Every time I call, I am told that an urgent delivery will be scheduled, but nothing happens. It has been two days since the last “urgent” request, and when I called again this morning, I was given the exact same response.

There is no accountability, no follow-through, and no clear explanation for the delay. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for an overnight delivery.
