Worst courier company

I am very disappointed with the service I received from this company. My parcel was marked “out for delivery” yesterday, yet the driver never arrived. Instead, the delivery status claimed that the school was closed — which is completely untrue. The school was open the entire day, and I personally waited for the driver.

I have now been told that the parcel will not be delivered today either and that I must wait until Monday. This delay is unacceptable, especially after giving an incorrect reason for non-delivery.

I expected better communication, honesty, and accountability. This experience has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I hope the company improves its delivery transparency and service quality going forward
