Worst company ever

They have the worst service, they don't update your status fpr days and all you can do is wait. They don't pick up calls or make you wait for the longest time ever and end up dropping your call. I have been waiting for my parcels fpr days now with no update from them. My parcels are urgent deliveries but they're not treating them as one at all and it's upsetting.
