Worst company ever

This is crime and *******ion, how this company still operating? I'm having a worst experience with Amazon South Africa because of DPD laser, don't these new companies do research before signing contracts with these courier services! Stay away from Amazon South Africa if you want peace of mind, just until they fix their courier services, I've never had bad experience with deliveries on Takealot. DPD laser might be the worst company to ever exist.
