Worst communication

I am super frustrated with Zando. I was told that the delivery will be between the 2nd and 5th of October, but then delivered way before that date even though I has even called them about my preferred date, logged a reschedule with their courier partner Dpd Laser, worst in communication. Why do you have an option to reschedule delivery if it doesn't even work? Back to Zando - Stacy, the one I spoke to didn't even show sympathy about my dilemma because the person I bought the shoes for will not receive them until the 14 which it out of the return policy. No apology nothing.
