Worst and unreliable courier service

If Amazon knows what’s good for them they will cease doing business with this shady, unreliable courier service! My order was scheduled for delivery between 5-8pm, at 7pm I received a notification that their attempt in delivering my items failed! I have been ordering on Amazon with the courier guy as the delivery courier and never have I experienced such! Amazon you must rethink this partnership!
