Worser Courier ever

This courier was assigned by Ackermans Online shopping, the worst courier company I have ever used. The address says Office Park they come at 6PM next day, if you didn't deliver on time. Clearly you will start with that customer. But no DPD will do the same thing and go to the Office at 18:15 day before Easter holidays. worse on the Ackermans website they lie and say I wasn't available. Well even when you call you will speak to everyone has the same answer; we will follow up and come back to you. No one will do that. Ackermens is also useless in this query because they are doing nothing about this query.
