Worse service ever experienced

Worse service as well as customer service center. I phoned on the 27/12/2023 to find out why I haven’t received my parcel of which it was with them since the 21/12/2023 the lady was very rude and she told me to wait I will be getting it on the 29/12/2023 but when I phoned today 29/12/2023 the other lady I spoke to told me I will be getting it on the 02/01/2024 and while I was speaking to her explaining about my last call she dropped the call. I am truly not happy.
