Worse delivery company to exist

Does not even deserve 1 star rating. Placed two orders that was supposed to be delivered by Buffalo. My order was then sent to DPD laser for delivery and was collected from Buffalo 29/03/2024. 5days later and my order is still not at their warehouse for delivery to take place. This is beyond pathetic. They can’t tell me where my order is or when I will receive it. They just completely useless. They have no professional process. Do they even know how to run a delivery company? Clearly not if they lose clients deliveries do easily
