Worse courier service

Worse courier service ever. Mixed up my parcels with someone else’s. Sent online query. No one came back to me. After 3 calls which got cut off after holding on they said the Bloemfontein branch will contact me within 15 minutes. I ask for the phone number of the branch and they are not allowed to give it to me.
