Worse courier ever!

On 13th February I ordered a parcel and 15th February it was out for delivery.When it was not delivered I checked the order status which said ‘delivery failed’.The same thing happened on the 16th so I phoned to hear why delivery failed.The rude lady said the driver could not finish all his deliveries so they will definitely deliver on the 17th.Today was the 20th and still no delivery.I phoned again and spoke to the same rude lady and was now promised delivery on tomorrow.i needed this as a gift for my daughter on the 17th.I have no faith that I will receive this tomorrow. Do not ever use them as they won’t deliver on time and if you follow up you have to speak to an unkind and rude *********** person.
