Worse courier company to exist

Pathetic... How they can even still be operating as a courier company is beyond me. I ordered from cotton on last week Monday... Friday I got a sms from dpd laser that my parcel is out for delivery. Later the evening another update came saying they could not complete their deliveries. Sat morning again a sms came stating my parcel is out for delivery yet again the evening it was updated to... They could not complete their deliveries. This morning I'm trying to call them however they keep dropping the phone. They really have bad customer service. Also cotton on should get another courier service as they will loose clients. This couriers are useless. Dpd laser what a joke
