Worse Courier Company for retailers to use

This is one of the worse courier services Retailers use. My parcel was at their Durban branch since Monday, and to date it has not been delivered to the Pargo collection point. When you call them, they say its planned for delivery, but the parcel never ever leaves their ware house. I simply hate working with this courier company. One of the worse service providers in the industry. As for their call centre agents, they are absolutely *********** and uneducated. Courier guy is one of the best out there, dont know why they dont use them. I will wait to see when this parcel gets delivered cos this is absolutely ridiculous
