WORSE COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE THEM

This company is very ***********!!!!! The call center is rude, at a certain point the consultant hung up on me.

I called for the past 3 days on a delivery I had not received due to them inputting the incorrect address for my parcels. When I reached out to my supplier I was advised that they sent the correct address. Despite that I kept on receiving the incorrect address via sms and my parcel was not delivered .. I am writing this on the 3rd day of my parcel being delayed and I will come back to advise how long the delay took.

And when I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold then hung up -this happened twice.
