Why I will never use DPD Laser ever again

I used Dawn Wing regularly in the past and I had an account with them. Three days ago I needed to send an urgent tender document from my home in Cape Town to Pretoria. I tried to speak to DPD Laser but they don't have a phone number. You have to send them an emaIil. For each email they send you a ticket with a number on it, and they eventually send you a reply. This has to happen every time you email them, and it makes the whole process very time-consuming. I eventually found out that my account did not exist any more and how to pay for this delivery. I paid for the delivery in advance, and I then had to find out when they would collect. They said they would collect, but they did not say when. Three days later I am still waiting for them to tell me if and when they are coming to collect these urgent tender documents. I shall never use DPD Laser again.
