Why bother?!?!

Simply a nightmare. Sent an SMS from DPD Laser that my package is en route and i can track it on a link. On the link it describes that there was a problem and the package was not collected. Call DPD Laser only to be told that package is in transit. How can you have 2 different sources of information. Agent refuses to listen and so dogmatic that the info on the link is not for my use. ***? Why was i sent the SMS then?
