Why are companies still using DPD laser to deliver packages????

I ordered some tech online for my laptop and the goods was out for delivery on 02/05/2025. I was at home the whole day and expected a phone call, but my phone did not even ring once. The driver did not even asked where the address is or let me know he is outside. Now I have to wait again because the driver couldn't even bother to try and deliver my parcel. It is now undelivered and I have to arrange for another delivery. How pathetic like always!!
