What a joke.

Honestly I have never had a bad experience with Dawn Wing / DPD Laser until today. I work from home so it’s very easy for me to accept parcels, but when a driver apparently “called” me and rang the bell and then marked my delivery as unsuccessful, I was shocked. There are NO missed calls on my call log from the driver and my bell, which works, did not ring once today! Why do we pay extra for express delivery if you can’t even deliver properly ? Normally an sms gets send when the driver is near by, todays driver was too cool to send an sms. I’m sorry but maybe you should have cameras in your drivers vans to see if they are doing what they say they are.
