We don’t care about you!

I get knowledge of DPD Laser after shopping with Makro. I thought less customer service than Makro is not possible, but they topped it.

After 3 times, I could tell they are always - late - have a wrong address - ignoring your feedback via website regarding the address - ignoring your request via website to phone you to sort it out

So clearly no customer service at all and if you’re not able to do logistics, do something else!
