WAITING OVER A MONTH WITH NO UPDATE

Wait 24hrs and you still dp not get an update on where your parcel is or if it's close to being delivered. Their website offers minimal information and leaves the customer in the dark. Very bad service that takes long, I've been waiting for my package OVER A MONTH.
