Very unprofessional- avoid at all cost

What a shocking service provider, they do not answer their calls. They do not call or sms you to tell you when they are coming to deliver, they just keep sending emails to say they were at your place but could not deliver. But my mom has front door cameras, and you have not been there other than this morning at 8h30 for the first time and you have had this parcel for two weeks already. But you did not let us know you are coming today and she was waiting the whole week, had to go get so groceries today.

Since you do not answer your phone or emails, how are one suppose to make arrangements, SHOCKING
