Very rude delivery guy

The delivery guy - Philani refused to leave my parcel at reception and told me to go get it at the gate in the rain because the security allows people to only walk in by foot and not car. He **** and said he can not come in even by foot which is a pure lie. I had to waste time waiting while I should be working. I told him to come in or tell me if he will leave with it and he said he will leave with it in a very rude way. I have evidence for this which is via whatsapp which includes messages with Phelokazi.
