very poor service!!!

Online tracking showed my order would be delivered today, I also confirmed this with their call centre agent who said it would be delivered today. I then after waiting several hours called their call centre again and they then said it will only be delivered tomorrow, the agent was not concerned that I took off a day of work to be at home for the delivery and actually was laughing. the service its pathetic and I will also take this up with Makro who I purchased the item with, not to use your courier company !
