Very late delivery, they just don’t want to deliver

If I was able to rate the company 0 I would. The 1 star is by default. Extremely bad customer service, they had my order from the 18th of April till today I am the one still running around for them to deliver, what is so hard about doing your job? I’ve never had any issues with other delivery companies but this is the worst company to deliver for you. Do not get me started on their customer service via email and calls😭😭I need the items from cotton on for tomorrow but today they are telling they have system issues🚮I placed the order on the 16th worse.
