Very disappointed with the service

I waited the entire day for a collection that never happened. At 15:13 I even received an email confirming that the collection would still take place today before 17:00 — but needless to say, it didn’t. Extremely disappointed with the lack of reliability and communication. I should have rather gone with The Courier Guy, as this experience has been very frustrating and a complete waste of time.
