VERY DISAPPOINTED

I have a return for an online shopping company that needs to be picked up by DPD. It was supposed to be picked up on Friday. When 3:00 p.m. rolled around on Friday and nobody came I phoned the number provided and was advised that they would pick the parcel up at 3:30 p.m. 3:30 p.m. comes and goes and nobody arrives. I leave work to go home and get an SMS at 6:00 p.m. saying they could not pick up the parcel because nobody was around. I phoned DPD on Monday morning to reschedule and they said someone would come and collect it on Monday. At 2:00 p.m. I phoned DPD to find out what was going on. I was advised that the pick up had failed because the parcel wasn't ready. I advised DPD that nobody had come to pick up the parcel and the parcel has been ready since Thursday afternoon. What is going on DPD???? This is extremely bad service!
