Utterly useless

Absolutely useless!!! Trying to receive a package is a total and utter nightmare. The number given to call either cuts you off after 19 min or puts you in the queue, counts you down to 1st in line and then all of a sudden you are back at number 5!! 40 minutes and R95 of airtime later, no answer. You click the link they provide to change an address, send 6 emails to be told it is fine. Then on day of delivery at the end of the day, sorry incorrect address!?!?!? Are you serious!!! And NO CALL, just we can't deliver. What a crock of nonsense!!!
