Utterly poor service

Parcel was supposed to be delivered on 28 sept. On 2 oct still no response. The Bloemfontein branch is beyond non existant. When you phone the *** number for Bloemfontein they simply just keep dropping the phone in your ear. Clearly they dont need clients as client service is non existant. My 2 parcels is still missing in action with no justifiable reasoning from customer services.
