Utter trash!!

Probably the worst courier service there is out there!! I was expecting a package and no one called me but the update says, contact not available! How am I not available if I was never called. This is not the first time from this courier. Their customer care is useless, they don’t know anything, all they do is lie. I have been calling them all day to ensure that my package is delivered but nothing!!!

Mind you, I paid extra for expedited shipping because I want my goods to arrive today!
