Using DPD Laser could damage your business!!

I would actually give them no stars if it were possible. They are the worst courier company in South Africa. You receive a sms saying they are going to deliver. The hyperlink does not work. They also 'supposedly' call on a 13 digit no. that you cannot call back on, and which does not ring the phone. I don't know how they do it, but they do. Every time a company uses them it's the same story, every day a 'delivery' notice which ends up in no delivery. Last week my husband stayed in 3 days, and could not even visit me in hospital until the evening. The only way we got the parcel was by phoning Woolworths and telling them they could take it back as he was not wasting any more time on them. Then something happened. They are **** in my opinion, and why anybody uses them is beyond me. I will NOT order anything from a company that uses DPD. I suppose they just offer the best price to the client, and their client's purchasers pay the price of that decision. The lastest is Poetry. So be aware, using DPD could damage your business if your clients are like me. Out of just under 600 reviews on Google, 757 of them were 1 star, and a lot would have given none. I rest my case.
