Useless service provide by DPD laser

DPD laser is useless, My purchase should have been delivered on Monday. Since there was flooding in KZN, driver could not deliver. This is strange as I received textbooks from ProVision the same day, but DPD could not deliver. On Tuesday they were supposed to deliver again but it was not done as I was told my contact number is in correct. I have emailed a Martha, who asked for my contact number, which was the same one given intially, I also gave her the delivery address again. Delivery address is in the CBD area, I was told it will be delivered. To this day, Friday 17 February 2023,I have still not received purchase. Other courier service, including Dawn Wing, have never had a problem finding delivery address. DPD laser is useless. I wonder if they keep purchase for themselves ?if I do not receive purchase from them, will I get a refund? If so who will pay? As this is not my problem the DPD laser is not delivering.
