Useless, pathetic

Don't know how they're in business. My package has been "out for delivery" for 4 consecutive days. No phone call received from the driver and no delivery. At the end of every day the tracking website states "we couldn't deliver your parcel" and then "out for delivery" the next day with no delivery. Customer service is useless, they have no way of assissting you since the tracking status says "out for delivery" every day. (Convinced they do this so that customer service can't help us) CLOSE YOUR DOORS DPD!!!!
