Useless, Pathetic, and Unreliable courier company

Wish it was possible to give a minus rating. If ever the delivery of your online order is allocated to DPD Laser / Dawn Wing Courier IMMEDIATELY request a refund. You will NEVER receive your parcel. Do not even try. I wasted so much airtime and time trying to get my parcel. When I track my order it says it is out for delivery, contact not available, contact rescheduled, etc. But they did not contact me ONCE. I logged numerous request for the driver to call me, with no success. They claim to escalate the complaint to the branch manager but they don’t. 19 Feb was the first time they claim my order was out for delivery, it is now 03 March, a total of 13 days, with no progress. Every day my parcel tracking said it is out for delivery. I call and log a request 4 to 5 times a day for the last 4 days with no progress.
