Useless Delivery Company

What a pathetic delivery company. My first delivery was a week late and now they supposed to come pick up what they delivered late because its damaged , they keep sending messages that the pick up is moved to the next day as they couldn't get hold of me. Noone came to my house nor called me. I have been calling their useless call center that helps with nothing. Im so frustrated right now. @Myrunway find another company as this is bull ****.
