USELESS DELIVERY COMPANY

If I had a logistics choice, I honestly would use SAPO, as although they take long for delivery, at least you get a delivery DPD LASER, has delivered packages to me on countless occasions, yet now none of the drivers seem to be able to find my address??? Ive had incorrect parcels delivered, but then correct parcel delivered later during the day, I've always received my package. Yet now nobody can find my address? Yet my package ALWAYS has my contact number yet I get no calls regarding anything. I do receive sms stating my parcel is on route, usually around 7am,yet don't see any delivery driver? Are you lost? Call the owner of the parcel!!! One package I've been expecting which was stated URGENT with a delivery date on the 3rd of April, still has not been received, although this morning I did get another stupid sms stating it would be delivered TODAY! Yet tomorrow I will see another FAILED DELIVERY notification simply because nobody gives any notice to URGENCY TEACH YOUR DRIVERS TO CALL THE CUSTOMER IF THEY ARE LOST
