Useless customer service

Would definitely not recommend there services to anyone. First my parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 15 of March it never happened then it was scheduled for the 18th of march never happend and both times I didn't receive a call or anything informing me what the reason is. My parcel was only delivered on the 19th of March. The driver phoned me around 10:30 while being at the wrong address. I phone on Tuesday the 12th of March due to the address being wrong gave them the correct address on Thursday the 14th of March I did send them 2 emails again due to the address being incorrect and yet there customer support yet again didn't update and fix the address but the drivers are getting the blame for parcels not being delivered or being delivered at the incorrect address. There customer support team is not just useless they don't know what they are actually doing
