Useless courier Service

I am honestly losing my patience with the service from Dawn Wing and DPD Laser. The service from the customer service representatives is astoundingly horrible. . Website for tracking parcels is offline and does not supply any information, you cant even scan the QR code to get the app. The sms received with a link does not even reflect the correct information. I have updated the address and phoned for updates, having calls dropped and no feedback.

The package has not been delivered even though it was advised to be delivered today, the last feedback was that it is still in the PTA depot. The horrible service has been reported to the supplier, hopefully they move to a different courier service as this type of service to deliver the goods bought from their website will cause people to no longer make use of their service just to ensure a person never have to deal with a useless courier company like Dawn Wing and DPD Laser
